House four: 142 m², the top house of the eastern stepped row

Number four is the top house of the eastern stepped row: from here the four houses walk down the slope, 1.7 metres at a time. The type is the same as house seven — 142 m², two storeys, three bedrooms, a garage — and because the house stands at the top of the row, the upstairs bedrooms see the pond over the ridge of the next roof down.

What we cannot show you yet: there is no walk-through model entered for this house, and no photographs either, because the structure is not up. The private garden is 100 m², and the shared lakeside park is two minutes along the promenade ring. The slab goes down in the second phase and handover is in the summer of 2027. Where the partitions go and where the kitchen is plumbed can still be agreed; of all the houses in the row this is the one where the most is still open.
