Homes on the north shore of Lake Balaton
We offer property on the north shore of Lake Balaton: homes, holiday houses and new builds.
What we take on stays within about half an hour's drive — the lakeside towns and the villages behind them. We keep the area narrow on purpose, because a property can only be judged where you know what happened in the next street.
We go and see every property before it goes on the site. What a photograph cannot show — the aspect, the running costs, the summer traffic, the approach in winter — goes into the description, unvarnished. A listing has done its job when the viewing holds no surprises.
Most of the work is not the advertisement but what follows it: the paperwork, the negotiation, the agreement and the handover. That is the part where things tend to slip, and that is the part we carry.
How we work

We go and look
Every property is measured and photographed on site. The listing is written from what we saw there — not from what was sent to us.

We name the price
The asking price comes from what closed nearby. If we think a hoped-for figure is too high, we say so at the first conversation, not six months later.

We see it through
From the first viewing to the handover the same person stays on the file, and remains reachable after the agreement is signed.
