Veduta is not a template, and not rented space on a portal. It is a site that is yours: your own domain, your own look, your own listings, and an admin your colleagues work in.
What sets it apart is the floor plan. We do not post it as a picture, we draw it: walls, openings, rooms — the three-dimensional model is built from that, the buyer turns it and steps through it floor by floor, and the numbers come from it too, because room areas are measured rather than typed in.
For a single listing that is a lot of work. On an eighty-flat development the same drawing serves eighty listings, and the site plan also shows the buyer where their building stands on the plot.
The site runs in three languages with addresses of its own. In the admin every listing can be given a responsible colleague — the enquiry and the chat reach them, not a shared mailbox.

Walls, openings and rooms as geometry. The visitor turns it, steps through it floor by floor, sets the walls half-height. On a phone too.

The whole plot as one drawing, with every building and every home for sale on it. A button on the listing takes the buyer straight to their own flat.

A search that understands sentences
The visitor describes what they want and the site answers from its own listings. The model invents nothing: it only talks about what is actually there.

Listing copy and translation
The admin helps write the description and translate it into all three languages. What goes out is approved by a colleague, not by the machine.

Enquiries reach the right person
Every listing can be given a responsible colleague. The enquiry and the live chat reach them, and it is their name and number on the page.

Your own name and address
Your own domain, logo, colours and type, your own home page and about page. The site does not advertise who built it.
